"Felt like nobody was really there to help"
I tried using mobitrix and ran into an issue, so I reached out to support. The replies took forever, and when they finally came through, they didn’t really solve anything. I kept having to repeat myself, which made it feel like there wasn’t an actual person properly paying attention on the other end. it was frustrating, especially when I needed help quickly. I probably wouldn’t use it again unless their support improves a lot.

"Crashes way too much"
I tried using Mobitrix to move my phone over, but it kept crashing and freezing on my PC. I even reinstalled it twice, thinking maybe something went wrong the first time, but it still got stuck mid-transfer or just shut down out of nowhere.
I followed the support steps too, but I’m tired of having to troubleshoot paid software like it’s a side project. After spending my whole evening on it, I still didn’t get the transfer done, and it just felt way too unstable to rely on.

"More confusing than it looked"
I tried using mobitrix.com, i couldn’t get into it. At first it seems like it should be simple, but once I started, I kept getting stuck figuring out what to do next. I’m usually focused on the main instructions and the obvious buttons, so if those aren’t clear, I lose patience fast. I kept clicking around and going back and forth, but it just felt messy. Not really something I’d recommend if you want a quick, easy process. I ended up giving up after a while.

I used Mobitrix to move my WhatsApp chats over to my new phone, and I’m 100% sure it only did about half the job properly. The transfer started off fine, so I thought it was going to be easy, but then it missed some media files and got stuck twice. Support did reply, but they weren’t super helpful. For what it costs, I absolutely expected it to be more reliable. It’s not the worst thing I’ve ever used, but it was definitely annoying.

I used this to move my WhatsApp over and it worked well overall. It did take a little while to finish, but everything transferred like I needed, so I’m happy with it.

"Didn’t unlock my phone at all??"
I tried using Mobitrix to unlock my phone, but it just didn’t work for me?? I followed all the steps, waited for it to finish, and still ended up staring at the same locked screen. I reached out to support too, but they weren’t really much help. Frustrating overall, and it feels like I just wasted both my money and my time

"Just doesn’t feel worth the price"
I don’t think this is worth the money. For what you’re actually getting, the price feels way too high. I’m all for paying more when something is clearly better quality or offers something special, but this just doesn’t seem to justify the cost.

I was trying to send money to my brother and the transfer felt painfully slow. I kept checking because I expected it to go through much faster, but it seemed to take forever.

"Felt trustworthy to me"
I used Mobitrix once when I was a little stressed and just wanted things to work without any hassle. It ended up working fine, and the site felt legit to me. I didn’t notice any weird charges or anything shady. Support did take a bit longer than I hoped, but overall my experience was okay...

"Refund took a little longer than I thought"
The billing part was a bit confusing for me, and the refund showed up later than I expected. I’m not totally sure if the delay was on their end or maybe my bank’s, but it did take longer than I would’ve liked.

"Setup was easy overall"
Got it installed without any real issues. It took me maybe 20 minutes or so to get everything set up, but overall it was straightforward.

"License worked after a little figuring out"
I bought the license and the activation was really mostly straightforward. It took me a few minutes to figure out where I was supposed to paste the key, but once I found it, everything worked fine.

"Not really worth it if you switch phones"
It worked okay on my iPhone, but once I tried using it with Android, things started acting weird. For me, the experience just wasn’t smooth enough to feel worth it.

"Ended up getting my photos back"
I wasn’t exactly thrilled about having to use a recovery tool, but after accidentally deleting a bunch of photos from my phone, I didn’t really have many options. I tried Mobitrix, it did find more than I expected. The scan took a bit longer than I hoped, but it worked in the end. I got my photos back, plus some old messages I didn’t think I’d see again. I’m still annoyed I needed it at all, but I have to admit it saved me a lot of trouble.
